Challenge: Transform a heritage home on a constrained Toorak site while managing a flood overlay and a major century-old brick stormwater drain near the rear of the property.
Our Role: Led feasibility, planning, design and documentation, coordinating specialist consultants and negotiating with Melbourne Water to redefine build-over constraints.
Outcome: Unlocked an additional 30m2 of developable land, enabling a substantially larger and more functional extension. The completed home balances heritage character with contemporary family living and strengthens the property’s long-term value.
