Sited on a busy Bay St in Port Melbourne, the design for this duplex is driven bty 3 key ideas:
Light-Wellness – the sense of joy and life that natural light can bring – particularly in a tight site with many existing dark corners
Higher Living – the joy in living at a higher level
Roof of things – The use of the roof as sculptural element, creating a svelte silhouete at the skyline.
