Challenge: Transform a narrow five-metre-wide heritage terrace into a spacious family home while respecting heritage controls and bringing natural light deep into the site.
Our Role: Led feasibility, planning, design, documentation and project management through heritage approvals, tender and construction during COVID.
Outcome: Delivered a calm, light-filled family home that connects daily life with nature in the middle of the city. The project was completed substantially within budget and recognised as a Dulux Colour Awards 2021 Finalist.
