Challenge: Help a retired couple remain together while supporting independence, privacy and flexibility as their needs changed over time.
Our Role: Led feasibility, town planning, design, documentation and contract administration, creating a secondary dwelling that worked as part of a broader long-term property strategy.
Outcome: Delivered a compact, carefully crafted pavilion that balances separation and connection. The project created a new way of living on the existing property and was featured in The Age / Domain.
