Challenge: Design a large contemporary family home on a significantly sloping site while maintaining efficiency, buildability and long-term performance.
Our Role: Developed the concept design, establishing the planning strategy, spatial logic and architectural direction for a substantial family brief.
Outcome: Created a beautiful home that maximised the site’s potential and adapted the Prima model to a more complex block. Streamlined design, large openings, efficient planning and a contemporary expression were balanced with buildability and energy performance.
