Challenge: Create a substantial contemporary family home for two professionals working from home, balancing generous living, privacy and long-term flexibility.
Our Role: Provided strategic design advice and concept design, shaping the planning, courtyards, breakout spaces and architectural direction.
Outcome: Developed a warm, refined concept that adapted the Prima model to a premium family setting. The design integrated flexible workspaces, connected outdoor areas and efficient planning while retaining the model’s focus on buildability, cost efficiency and sustainability.
