Challenge: An Owners Corporation faced a costly compliance challenge after receiving a combustible cladding notice. The proposed remediation exceeded $4 million, creating significant financial pressure and uncertainty.
Our Role: Restructured the remediation strategy, returned to first principles, coordinated consultants and managed tender and contract administration through to completion.
Outcome: Reduced construction cost from more than $4 million to less than $1 million while delivering a compliant outcome. The project was completed one month ahead of programme and restored confidence for owners.
