Challenge: Transform an existing beach house into a contemporary family retreat while preserving the character of the original home and working within a realistic budget.
Our Role: Provided strategic design, documentation and contract administration, working closely with the builder to resolve complex junctions between old and new.
Outcome: Delivered a relaxed coastal home with improved natural light, function and connection to landscape. Standard materials were used in thoughtful ways to achieve a high-quality architectural outcome within a disciplined budget. Featured in The Age / Domain.
